IV Mediterranean Tourism Forum: Meditour 2010
The IV Mediterranean Tourism Forum will be celebrated next 23rd and 24th September in the Málaga (Spain) congress center. The event is organized by the Málaga Chamber of Commerce and the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce Association (ASCAME), in cooperation with the Euromediterranean Center for Tourism Innovation and Training. The Chamber of Commerce of Seville, partner of the CHORD project, will be actively participating in the exhibition area, sharing its space with the Chamber of Commerce of Málaga. The Chamber of Commerce of Seville will also be presenting the CHORD project in the workshop on best practices on sustainable tourism in the Mediterranean.
Besides, there will be a stand with information about the project, who is going to participate in the B2B, and on Friday 24th, the "Projects and Good Practices for the Mediterranean" presentation will be shown.
The three previous MEDITOUR Tourism Forums brought together over 2,700 companies and industry leaders. This is consistent with the enormous expectations placed on this industry and the creation of a Euro Mediterranean area of economic integration within the Union for the Mediterranean framework
Under the slogan “1 Sea, 1001 Destinations”, Meditour 2010 is the ideal ground to gather all Mediterranean tourism and sustainability decision-makers and start co-ordinating joint policies and lines of action.
